Bio

A graduate of Accommodation Food and Beverage Administration, Jeff Trafford has over 25 year's experience in the foodservice industry. In 2003 Trafford earned the designation Credentialed Food Executive (CFE), from the Canadian Tourism and Human Resource Council and International Food Service Executives Association in recognition of his skills, knowledge and professional acumen. Trafford has served on a number of associations in the food community, including the Canadian Association of Foodservice Professionals, Canadian Food Service Executives Association, and Nova Scotia Association of Chefs and Cooks.
