The Beef Information Centre is pleased to be partnering again with the American Culinary Federation to present educational seminars for local culinary members in the Akron and Gulf to Lakes areas. At these sessions we will present information on Canadian beef quality and Canadian beef’s position as a strong option for US Foodservice. The sessions will also incorporate a cutting demo with new cut concepts for “middle meats” designed for today’s restaurant guest.
