Bio

A graduate in Marketing and Communications, Susan Evans has over 22 years communications experience across both retail and foodservice industries in Canada. After spending a number of years in promotions with a national quick service restaurant chain, Evans joined the Beef Information Centre in 1996, spending the last 10 years talking and writing about beef in Canada and is looking forward to doing the same for Canadian beef in the U.S. She has served on a number of boards including President of the American Marketing Association (BC Chapter) and Chair of Cuisine Canada.
