Spinach Salad with Steak and Strawberries |

Instructions
- Pick and wash spinach. Drain and set aside.
- Peel oranges and cut each orange into 8 segments.
- Remove stem and cut each strawberry in half.
- Cut steak into 1/4" x 1 1/2" (5 mm x 3.75cm)strips. Season beef with steak spice.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large frying pan and sauté beef strips until medium rare. Set aside and chill.
Assembly
- In a salad bowl arrange 2 1/2 oz (63 g) spinach in bottom.
- In another bowl, lightly mix 4 oz (120 g) chilled beef, 12 orange segments and 10 strawberry halves on top of spinach.
- Garnish with julienne of spinach leaf.
