Instructions
Burgers
- Combine ground beef and HP sauce and form into patties. You should get approximately 6 portions (6 oz/170 g)
- Grill patties until the internal temperature reaches 160°F or 70°C.
- Toast Kaiser buns.
Sauce
- Combine all the sauce ingredients.
- Place on top, or under patty - dependent on your preference. You will use about 2 oz (55 g) of sauce per burger.
Serving Suggestions
For added interest you could garnish with some of the following: Grilled tomato and cucumber slices, julienne of peppers with dill pickle or jalae no pepper, bacon strips and even jalapeno spiced cheese.
