Ingredients

sambal olek (Indonesian spice paste) |

home made BBQ sauce (or your favourite) |

Instructions
Mix first 10 ingredients and form into balls, about the size of a large marble. Place 1 ball into each egg brushed wrapper. Boil for 45-60 seconds; pan fry in sesame oil. Serve with your favourite Chinese dipping sauce (Szechwan, plum, or Chinese red vinaigrette).
Servings: 30 (150 - 200 dumplings)
