Susan EvansA graduate in Marketing and Communications, Susan Evans has over 22 years communications experience across both retail and foodservice industries in Canada. After spending a number of years in promotions with a national quick service restaurant chain, Evans joined the Beef Information Centre in 1996, spending the last 10 years talking and writing about beef in Canada. She has served on a number of boards including President of the American Marketing Association (BC Chapter) and Chair of Cuisine Canada.
