Beef labelling brochure is must-have resource for retailers

Labelling booklet coverThe Beef Information Centre has just launched an eight page, colour brochure on beef labelling. The brochure provides a clear and concise explanation of the current regulations and enforcement responsibilities of various government agencies. To ensure accuracy, the brochure was reviewed by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency and the Guelph Food Technology Centre.

The brochure, available in both English and French, can be ordered from the Retail Order Centre.
