Method:
Cook onion and garlic in oil for 2 minutes, add ground beef cook for 15 minutes.
Add chili spice and canned tomatoes simmer for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Present this entrée as a build your own meal concept – all items: chili spiced meat, taco shells, lettuce, cheese, sour cream, and salsa are placed in separate compartments of a Bento box.
Tips:
This chili spiced meat mixture can also be used for Nachos or to create Chili con carne. It can also be used to create a flavourful version of Macaroni and beef. Fajita beef can be substituted for ground beef.
