olives, stuffed, sliced

salt and pepper, to taste
almond slices, toasted
Instructions
Brown meat; drain off excess fat.
Add onion and garlic; cook until tender. Reduce heat.
Add lemon juice and sherry. Cook 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes, apples, peppers, raisins, olives and seasonings. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Serve on rice. Top with toasted almonds.
