Curried Beef Roll with Toasted Cashews and Cilantro

Instructions
Marinate in oil, curry powder, salt, pepper and soya sauce for a minimum of 4 hours.
Pan sear in a hot sauté pan until medium.
Build the tortilla rolls with the cilantro, cashews, green onion, red peppers and head lettuce topped with the meat and the mango chutney.
Fold 1 inch (3 cm) on both sides of tortilla and roll very tightly.
Mix the chick pea puree, lemon juice and mayonnaise together. Serve with the rolls.
