Ingredients

Method:
Heat oil, add garlic, onions and cook for 2 minutes. Add beef, brown and cook for 5 minutes, add tomato sauce cook for 15 minutes or until beef is tender. Keep hot.
Blanch pasta to a well done point. Cool and store for service.
Reheat pasta to order, place in warm pasta bowl, add sauce on top of the pasta. Garnish with parsley
Offer guest cheese.
Tips:
Additional vegetables such as bell peppers and onions may be added to the recipe.
