Beef Paprika

Ingredients

6.6 lb 3 kg Cooked roast beef, cubed or cut in strips
3 3 onions, medium, chopped
1/4 c 50 mL butter
4 c 1 L heavy cream
4 c 1 L medium white sauce
1/3 c 75 mL paprika
2 tsp 10 mL parsley, finely chopped
    pepper as desired

Instructions

  1. Sauté onions in butter until tender. Drain off excess fat.
  2. Add cream; simmer 5 minutes.
  3. Blend in white sauce, beef, paprika and parsley. Heat thoroughly. Serve over noodles.
